Funnel data import
Scraper is the primary auto-path; manual export is the always-available fallback (plan §5.3).
Log account numbers by hand
For accounts Postiz can't report — e.g. Instagram connected as instagram-standalonereturns no analytics. Enter what you see in the app; saved as a manual reading.
Upload a native export (CSV)
CSV format (one row per post)
Header row, then one row per post. post_id = the IG shortcode (from instagram.com/p/<shortcode>) or TikTok video id (or paste the full permalink). Include whatever you have — missing columns are fine:
post_id,date,views,reach,profile_visits,follows,completion,shares,saves,comments,non_follower_pct DXabc123,2026-06-18,8200,7100,240,38,46%,120,310,54,63% DXdef456,2026-06-20,5400,4900,150,22,52%,80,210,33,58%
No post_id column? A single followers value imports as an account-level reading instead. Percentages may be written 46% or 0.46.
